Angela's Safari Camp
Angela’s Safari Camp, built for private use in the traditional style of an African Safari Camp in the 1950’s is now available to the public.
Situated within the Greater Kruger National Park this select 12 bed camp offers families, friends and corporates a truly private wild life experience. Built on a cliff above the Klaserie River, it affords a ‘one of a kind’ breath-taking view of an African savannah and the ‘oxbow’ of the river.
Recently upgraded, Angela’s which provides absolute comfort while retaining the charm and ambiance of a safari of old is a self-catering camp consisting of:
An entrance breezeway leading into a lounge/dining room which opens out via large ‘foldaway’ doors to a veranda and well established, lawned garden with an open ‘lapa braai’.
The kitchen, pantry and scullery are well equipped, besides all cutlery, crockery and kitchenware there is a six plate gas stove, microwave, steamer, fridge/freezer, additional fridge and chest freezer.
The six chalets, 2 with queen beds and 3 with 2 single beds each have en-suite bathrooms consisting of shower, basin/vanity and toilet. All chalets have fans and air conditioners.
At the ‘Look-Out’, built over looking the river you will find a thatch covered deck, braai area and a rim flow pool. Pool loungers, classic Morris chairs and a drinks fridge add the finishing touches to this venue. Standard Features & Services
