Arabella No. 4 Arabella No. 4 is part of a small modern complex of 8 units situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, at 21 Lagoon Drive in Margate. Secure off-road parking is supplied within the complex grounds. This unit is ideally located as it is very close to central Margate as well as to the main beach (which has Blue Flag status). Beach access is from a gate at the bottom end of the complex and is approximately 100 m walk to the main beach. Guests also have easy access to shops, supermarkets, banks, medical facilities, restaurants etc. Accommodation Main bedroom is en-suite with a queen size bed 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds There is a 2nd bathroom There is a comfortable double sleeper couch in the dining room. This area can be totally private at night as it is surrounded by sliding doors and curtains 6 guests can be comfortably accommodated The living area consists of a beautifully furnished open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with a dish-washer, washing machine, tumble-drier, microwave etc. TV, DVD player and DSTV are supplied for you. Sliding doors open out from the lounge onto a spacious verandah with patio furniture and built-in braai. An ideal spot for sundowners with a magnificent view overlooking the lagoon and sea. A perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Linen, bedding and bath towels are provided for you. Please bring your own beach towels. The unit is serviced daily and maid’s duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, braai area etc. Our caretaker, Linda or one of the servicing maids will be there to greet you on your arrival and to ensure that you have a carefree and relaxing holiday.
