Please note that by filling in this form you are simply making an enquiry to get a quote and see if the accommodation is available for you. It does not mean that you have a confirmed booking.

Once we receive your “Query Form” from our website we will e-mail you, depending on the availability, a Quote and Reservation forms and you will then need to follow the following steps:

1. Go through the Quotation sent to you, check that all the detail is correct, i.e. Dates, Number of Days to be accommodated, etc.
    
   
2. Complete the 2 page Reservation form and Lease Agreement and fax / e-mail it back to us.
   
   
3. We will by return email let you know if we have availability and giving you authorization to go ahead and transfer the Deposit and you then have 36 hours in which to get your Deposit paid into our bank account and to fax / email the proof of payment through to us.
   
   
4. Once we’ve received your proof of payment, we will send you a booking confirmation and your booking will be done!
   
   
5. About 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a “pre-arrival letter” will be sent to you together with a final invoice and directions. Your final deposit needs to be made no less than one week prior to your arrival.
