Duzamanzi no's 16 – 20 are part of a small complex with a total of 18 units situated in Ramsgate on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal
Secure off-road parking is provided in the form of one lock-up garage per unit within the complex grounds. There is a lovely pool area with braai facilities.
These units are ideally located for a lovely quiet relaxing holiday. They have a superb view overlooking the Ramsgate Lagoon but are situated close to the delightful beaches that the area has to offer.
Accommodation
The units are situated on the first, second and third floors with short flights of stairs leading to each.
The accommodation consists of:
- Main bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom
- 2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds
- 3rd Bedroom has 2 single beds
- There is a 2nd bathroom
- 6 guests can be comfortable accommodated
This consists of a beautifully furnished open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen.
The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with washing machine, tumble-drier, dishwasher, microwave etc.
TV, DVD player and DSTV is supplied for you. This unit has a compact version of DSTV with the following channels: SABC 1, 2, 3, eTV, all sports channels, MNET, Movie Magic 1 and 2, and Kyknet.
Sliding doors open from the lounge onto a spacious verandah with patio furniture and a gas braai. This is an ideal spot for sundowners, with a magnificent view overlooking the lagoon and sea in the distance. A perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
Linen, bedding and bath towels are provided for you. Please bring your own beach towels. Daily servicing is offered at an extra rate of R100 per day. Please advise us if you will be requiring this extra service.
Our Caretaker, Tammy will be there to greet you on your arrival and to ensure that you have a carefree and relaxing holiday.
