Number 13 Mahe is part of a new complex of 22 units across the road from the beach and Margate pier. The complex is fully fenced with automatic gates, there is a swimming pool in the complex and a double automated garage for your use.

This is a superbly upmarket unit, beautifully furnished with the discerning holidaymaker in mind with spacious and well appointed bedrooms.

Accommodation consists of

1 bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (shower only)
2nd bedroom with queen size bed.
3rd bedroom with 2 single beds
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a 2nd bathroom (bath only).
6 people can be comfortably accommodated

The open-plan living area consists of the lounge, dining room and kitchen. The washing machine and tumble dryer for your use are situated in the double garage.
There is a TV set and DSTV is provided on the full bouquet but does not include movies on demand.

The verandah has outstanding views of the sea and a weber braai for your use, the communal braai area is on the roof at the pool area.

Linen and bath towels are provided for you but you do need to bring your own beach towels. This unit is serviced daily by a maid who will make beds, clean bathrooms, sweep floors, clean your braai etc.

This does not include washing of dishes – however this can be arranged at an extra cost of R25 per day when one of our staff members will come in to wash your dishes after breakfast. This can only be done once per day because of time constraints and this service must be pre-arranged with us before your booking. No letting of this apartment to minors without adult supervision
