Villa Siesta No. 4 Villa Siesta No. 4 is part of a small, secure face brick complex of 8 units across the road from the beach. It is situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, in Ballance Lane, directly off Marine Drive in Margate. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. A security guard is on-duty at night. There is a fully fenced swimming pool shared by the units, plus an automated lock-up garage and open bay parking for your use. The complex is superbly situated with incredible sea views. Simply cross the road and you’re on the beach. No. 4 is in the front row of the complex so there are no other buildings in front of your unit to spoil your view! The Main Margate Beach (which has Blue Flag status), is a short walk away from the complex, and to the right of Villa Siesta is a tidal pool and a delightful secluded bay for swimming. The complex is centrally located with easy access to shops, supermarkets, banks, medical facilities restaurants etc. Linen and bath towels are provided for you but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. This unit is serviced daily by experienced staff who will make beds, clean bathrooms, braai area etc. This unit is a duplex which means that it has two levels. Accommodation consists of: Ground floor   This beautifully decorated unit has an open plan lounge, dining room and extremely well-equipped kitchen with tumble-drier, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. Full DSTV and a DVD player are provided for you. A large selection of books, magazines and DVD’S are available for guest use. Sliding doors open from the dining room and lead onto a large verandah with patio furniture and built-in braai. Upper Level Main bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet (balcony overlooking the beach) 2 Smaller bedrooms share a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
