Balooga No.  23 is part of a modern complex of 36 units, situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, in Marine Drive Margate.

The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates and 24-hour security. There is a swimming pool in the complex and two open-bay parking for your use. The complex is superbly situated with incredible sea views. Simply cross the road and you’re on the beach. There are no buildings in front of Balooga to spoil your view.

The main Margate beach is a short walk away. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. are all within easy walking Features include indoor and outdoor braai facilities, a TV, and DStv decoder, which will be activated on premium DStv. The unit is on the 1st floor.

Modern shopping malls and an abundance of pubs and restaurants are located nearby, and Margate is also within 20 minutes of championship golf courses such as San Lameer, Wild Coast and Southbroom. In addition, the famous Margate fishing pier is situated around the corner from the apartment.

.This unit consists of:

  • 1 Bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with both shower and bath
  • 2ndBedroom with double bed
  • 3rdBedroom with two single beds  – these two smaller bedrooms share a 2nd bathroom with both a shower and bath
  • 6 guests can be comfortably accommodated

Linen and bath towels are provided for you but you do need to bring your own beach towels.

The open-plan living area consists of an open plan lounge and well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave etc. The verandah with built-in gas braai. The sea view from here is outstanding. A divine spot to relax with a few sundowners whilst the kids play in front of you on the lawn below.

  • Refundable breakage- R500 for the smaller units and R1000 for the bigger units.
  • Daily service is an optional extra, arrangement with the office prior to arrival.
